photosmart 2.5 programme won't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it won't open properly. If I try the screen drops down to a small square in the centre of the screen and I have to log off and back on to get out of it via cont/alt/del. It was working fine for about 18 months then suddenly went silly. It's more annoying than anything else as I tend to use windows for my pictures but if I scan something I can't get it
