my boiler will not ignite ther is gas and electric ther i av pressed the reset button nothing happens can any one help

If F L is displayed, it means Flame lockout (it can't light because gas isn't available).
Please check that the gas is on.

If it is on, you're down to a gas valve/pcb problem.

yes it is a icos, when i switch it on aletter C is displayed and the led burner light is flashing then after about a minute FL isdisplayed
