hello i have a sam4s till and have never had any problems with one day i went to use the till and the screen was off and no power i have changed the fuse in the plug and checked the internal fuse both are ok i have no power lights and no life can anybody advise what might be wrong thankyou

It possibly has an open circuit mains transformer or cracked joint on the circuit board. Since you have checked the fuse, it probably needs to go to a dealer to be diagnosed. It is very rare for them to be totally dead, so it is probably a component failure.
