How can I fix My BEKO washing machine Mod WM5140?

My washing machine motor is running at SPIN Speed when it should be washing and it is not taking the fabric conditioner in the soap draw is clean but one solenoid on the water inlet is open circuit

if it spin washes then the pcb is blown.if the inlet valve is open circuit then it will need replacing.should be 3-4kohms across the coil
