Zanussi FL1030 washing machine?

Hi,
I have a Zanussi FL1030 washing machine which has been very reliable.
Today, for the 1st time, after completeing a normal washing cycle, I cannot open the door.
Do you know what I can do?

remove the filter and let the water out at the bottom.water will pour out so get some towels down! or broken door handle?
