how to fix my handle?

how can i fix my upvc door handle as it spin's all the way round in i cant open door. the keylock is not fully locked in the key only turns half way

Sounds like the centre lock mechanism has snapped and will need a new lock mechansim (TIP dont let them con you into buying a whole new door)
