Not possible you need a plunger to force out the blockage. Checked the manhole that it feeds is not blocked and it's banking up in the soil pipe giving the appearance of the toilet blocked. Drain rods will be needed.
You could try the old trick of caustic or soda crystals mixed in boiling water pour that in the pan and hope for the best.
