Hi/Help! - After a Battery change on my Vauxhall Astra, the radio has gone into "safe" mode. I was given a 4 digit code at the time of car purchase but fear it is wrong. Radio number is GM040043479538 - please can someone supply the code.

I can heartily recommend www.radio-code.co.uk (http://www.radio-code.co.uk). Vauxhall wanted 25 quid for my code and this site did it for me for 6 quid. Automated online process with secure Paypal integration - took about a minute total and the code worked fine! This was after some sites had said that an eeprom needs to be read to decode the bose CCR800. This site calculated mine from the serial number. Now i got tunes in the beast too!!!
