are you saying the hot water trickles out very slowly from every single hot water tap in the house or is only one particular hot water tap affected????
if every hot water tap is affected i would check for blockages to the cold mains incoming pipe/filter to boiler
if only one particular hot water tap is affected and all the other taps are fine then the washer in that particular tap needs replacing
