Bosch dishwasher illing with water when not in use?

After a wash cycle, my dishwasher is dry but it grdually fills with clean water and within hours it will flood out when I open the door. I continually put it on the rinse cycle every few hours to prevent further flooding but if I'm out for the day then this flooding can't be prevented.
Any ideas how to stop the problem?

There are isolation valves but not particularly accessible. I don't want to have to (in fact it would be very difficult) pull the dishwasher out after every wash to switch off the water supply.
Is there another easier solution perhaps inside the dishwasher ?

when the machine was installed (isolation valves) should have been fitted close to machine on your hot and cold supply pipes.
of course you are are using them aren't you ?
