Cannon Winchester Oven burner problem?

I have a Cannon Winchester gas cooker. When I ignite the oven burner it lights to a low light but does not fire up to full heat. Normally it would stay on a low light for about 20-30 seconds then fire up to full but now it only stays on the low light.
