problem with shark intelli sew?

my intelli sew 9110, had it in repair several times with timing problem. Now it seems the part that holds the bobing thread is jumping out of the cradle it sits in (thread seems to get under it ) the needle did poke couple holes in that plastic part. Need to know where too get that part that hold the bobing thread or why this seems too be diong this. Thanks

The thread needs to pass around the bobbin case freely,if you have holes in the plastic case the thread will snag.Remove the bobbin case & gently smooth the rough edges of the holes with a sharp knife.

Hello Mike,
Sounds like it is still out of time and as far as getting parts, you will need to know the actual manufacturer.
