I have a Samsung Tocco Lite which is about 6 months old but whenever I press a command on the screen it does nothing. I was just wondering is this a common fault with these phones and is there a way I can fix it? Like I said, it's about 6 months old, it's not been dropped or had anything spilled on it, it just started doing this last night!

My phone was doing the same but now my Samsung Tocca switches itself off when i am txting and making a call, i have to take the battery out for a few secs. O2 have told me it is not a manufacturers fault.
