After removing the DVD "Chassis" of my player to cure an eject fault I now have this working - although when I insert any disc it spins up but will not play with the error "No Play" shown on the display.

It was fine at playing discs before I fiddled - any ideas??

clean the lens with a cotton bud check the spindle motor is clamping the disc and spinning.if it is check the ribbon cables are pushed in... any error codes? eg f498 etc.if so reflow flash rom under dvd drive
