I have two "Roberto Vecci" watches and no one is able to reset the hands to the correct time. The digital time is correct. I have so far taken them to "Debenhams" and "Samuals" and two three other top shops but the answer is the same. No Can Do.

Make sure your watch is set to the correct time zone by referring to your watch manual. Once it is in the correct time zone, the watch will automatically reset itself to the correct time.
