object caught between drum how can I remove?

how do I recover something that has lodged between the drum and casing causing the machine to make a terrible noise when spinning?

I just discovered the same thing. I can see something through the holes in the bottom of the barrel. If I could dissasemble the drum I would still have to remove the agitator before I could lift the basket out. I'm thinking a syringe and some battery acid.

if you open the front panel of the machine you can detach the drain pipe of the drum casing. through the hole you may try to get the thing out.
