My tocco samsung got lost so we blocked it. But then I found it in my house so we rung up to unblock it . We changed the sim card and waited 48 hours. Its on orange and when you turn it off then on again it says limited service then changes to orange. Then it puts a little symbol of a phone with a red cross through it and even if i call the free numbers like 450 it says emergancy service only help!
