How can I fix my Samsung RL33SB Fridge/Freezer?

The fridge part is too warm despite increasing the setting to 5 (high) The freezer is working fine. Any suggestions please?

there will be a fan and a motorized shutter which allow air from the freezer to the fridge - the fridge and freezer have their own thermostats also .
