I had the same problem where my Accord Sat Nav suddenly said Error Reading Disk. I tried using s DVD disk cleaner, no good. I saw one of the posts on this forum saying that Andy could fix the problem. So I called him and he came up from Croydon to see me. I live in North West London. He stripped the unit down, and spend over an hour and a half cleaner and servicing it. He then installed it and it works perfectlly, as good as new. Can't praise him enough.
