ddishwasher wont start?

power and salt light are lit but on pressing 65*wash it does not light or work.zanussi built in aquasave zt685

check the door lock has not been set to on. Look at the lock in the door panel. If it looks like a white tongue then the door lock is in the closed mode. hook a bit of string round it and pull it forward. It should now show a white panel. Jobs done.
