How can I fix timer on Kenmore Series 90 wash machine. It won't shift cycle?

The Kenmore Series 90 machine will not change cycles. I assume it is the timer. How can I replace? Worked fine one load, but just quit when second load was going.

At what point does the washer stop working? Doesn't spin? Doesn't wash? Do you hear the motor running when the cycle gets hung up?
