my hoover ultrcare 1600 washes but does not drain water. it agitates but water level does not go down. i have pulled washing machine out & cleaned the drain by the bottom right but still it fills up & does not drain. please help, what do i do???

Does it drain into a white pipe at the rear or via a nozzle into the sink U-bend. If the latter then it is blocked in the outlet pipe at this nozzle. If not then the pump is not working (very rare) or if you do have a standpipe the grey corrugated hose is blocked.
