Hi, I don't have my manuals to hand right now, but if memory serves this unit may suffer from either stripped gears in the drive motor, either through random failure, or by someone having turned the turntable by hand. Eitherway its a new motor, simple job. The other possibility is that the drive shaft, which is a 2 part device will slip when the oven is hot.
