how do i make a fan belt stay on washer?

i have an indeset wg1300tgt washer the fan belt kept coming off so i brought a new one and this one does the same thing. every time the washer spins the fan belt comes off. what should i do?

Make sure that the pulley's are properly lined up, this will keep the belt in place.
