how can i enter bios menu without pin?

when trying to reset my fujitsu seimens 3 series lifebook i cannot access the bios menu without a 4 digit pin.how can it be bypassed?

got same problem---password missing. tried to sort out myself with 2 ways from internet(removing battery and shorting the Bios chip),but not working,then someone recommended engineer Bo Wen,he removed the password for me, he's based in London, Tel:07904470183.
