I have a W1A 111uk and it won't spin or drain. How can I empty it to inspect the pump for blockages?

Remove outlet hose and lower into a bowl or bucket
this will drain the machine an u can inspect the pump and filter

remove the drain hose either from the stand pipe, or sink spigot,place the pipe into a bowl, now lower bowl to the ground water will flow out by gravity.
when machine empty follow the drain hose into the machine you will find the pump is connected to this drain pipe
