oil leak from clio 2001?

need help i got a oil leak but i dont knw where its comming from it hasnt been serviced but it runs great its has startd like 1 week ago and i have to keep on toppin it up with oil it was workin well since i brought the car and been drivin it for 6 months could any1 plz help cheers
