When I turn my laptop on it says - launch startup repair (recommended) and start windows normally. when i click on the first one it says windows is loading files and then goes to a grey screen where an error messagge appears saying - The installed program cannot start. Click ok to turn off the computer. As soon as you click ok it powers off. If I click the second one to start windows normally it loads for a few seconds and switches off. Ive been on to advanced boot options and ive tried repair your computer, safe mode, safe mode with networking, last known configuration. Im stuck with what else to do. How can I fix this? HELP PLEASE!!
