Turn off the water feeding the tap and replace the washer.
Hold the body of the tap with an adjustable wrench then another wrench or spanner on the larger tap nut undo anti clockwise remove the tap from the tap body and at the base is a washer that will need replacing, usually a push fit. Reverse dismantling when washer fitted.
