My Zanussi washing machine is jamming mid cycle. ?

I have a Zanussi FLS 1383 W washing machine. Having just moved house, it is sticking mid cycle during the wash phase. Water is going in and out but the cycle does not move on to the next number. The machine appears to spin okay when moved manually to the spin cycle.

Try looking at your brushes. my machine had same sort of, called a chap out who changed the brushes and it now works a treat.
