AEG Lavamat 16810 STILL NOT DRAINING (HELP!!)?

Displays E20 code after cycles. Checked drainage pipe for kinks etc and it's fine. Taken out filter and cleaned but it still happens. How do I check if the pump is blocked, where is it??
