How to turn the RDS function on?

I have a 406 2002 and the RDS function appears not to work any more I pushed lots of buttons and it seems not to work it is a Clarion system

Well I had the best service from a Peugeot Dealer and he checked on his computer and it wasn't programmed correctly for NZ, He spend 2 minutes and it now shows station name and artist and song (If the station is transmitting it) And didn't even charge me! But boy do they get brownie points!
