How can I fix my Stihl 017 chain saw?

The automatic oiler for the chain and bar is not lubricating properly. Is there some way to check if there is something plugged. There is a small amount of oil coming out of a port beside the bar.

it could be the oil pump or the pump drive wheel not connecting with the hole in the side of the clutch drum or blocked oil feed pipe
