my steam cleaner does not expel the steam once the lever is pressed down ive had it steaming up for about 20 min before hand so theres plenty of steam in there but when you press the lever down nothing comes out . ive checked to see if it has a blockage, cleaned it out with pipe cleaners ,still no luck.
