the front of my scorpio is rippled?

just returned back from touring with my bailey scorpio, and noticed the front end just across the top of the window is all rippled, this van had a new front end about four years ago, any idea what this is and what caused it.

Have you contacted the people who put the new front on and asked them why after only four yrs this has happened.
