I have a whirlpool washing machine. It drains the washing powder compartment but will not drain the softener compartment. I have removed the compartment and thoroughly cleaned it. I ran the wash whilst the draw is out and there did not seem to be water flowing into that compartment. Can anyone help....?
OK, I found out that there is a direction nossle. This directs the water into the relevant container in the detergent drawer. The problem is that it won'd direct into the softener drawer.
