how can i fix my epson stylus sx200?

my epson stylus sx200 has ground to a halt, the error indicators tell me the waste ink pad is saturated and to contact my dealer to replace it. Is it possible to do this job my self? an if so how do i go about it?

You can wash the old pads out, then let them dry thoroughly.
