i have a go 700 TomTom. i was using it when the battery went flat in mid route and after charging it up it turns on and loads up but gets stuck on black screen with the TomTom hands on it. I have tried the reset button for 15 seconds many times but nothing seems to work, any thourghts.
Most Tom Toms have a (very small) reset button which is underneath, near to the power input connections. Just push the button with a pin and then power up as normal.It should restart.
