how can i remove bra wire thats caught inbetween the washer drum?

i need to remove a bra wire that is caught inside the drum of my washer

1) drop the bottom sump hose the outer drum then fish around inside with a piece of wire with a hooked end.
2)you may end up removing the heater element for better access
