How do I plumb in line for a gas (propane) range?

How do I plumb in line for a gas (propane) range? What type and size line and connectors do I need? Presently we are using a conventional electric range and would like to switch to gas. We have gas coming in for heat in the winter months already. Please help?

hello there ,a 15mm copper supply should be sufficient ,depending on how far the range is from your gas meter.if it is quite a distance away ,a 22mm supply reducing to 15mm nearer the appliance.a gas cock ,or gas lever valve should also be installed at the appliance for emergency and maintenance .always use a competent gas safe engineer with relevent qualifications to carry out gas work
