Most of my CDs are scratched, and most are cured with CD Cleaning Fluid

put a bit of toothpaste on it it sounds silly but it fills in the scratches and works

If you have a scratched cd you can fix it by using car wax. It fills the scratches so the laser can read it

Have you tried burning a copy on a computer? I find that usually works.
It's not a bad idea to copy all your game disks when you buy them. Use the copies for everyday playing, and store the originals in a safe place.
