wait a moment,i re read the tex,it says a three gang socket, that has a 13 amp fuse in it,are you a nut or what?you are putting more than eight or nine kils through a 13 amp fuse?and you wonder why it blows?put them on,one at a time, sorry august, you gave right reply,my appolgies

it wont matter if you have seperate sockets mate, you are over loading the circuit breaker, its rated at 32 amps,or should be,though older properties had twenty amp wired fuse links.if you put all the appliances on at once, you will be drawing far too much current, you would need a 40 0r a 45 amp breaker to cope, that is assuming that the machines are on the one ring main

Each of these appliances need their own socket, as combined on one socket they are drawing more than 30 amps. Each socket is rated at 13 amps each, so you need a seperate socket for each appliance, or only use one at a time, or get a pair of Marigolds for the washing up and hang the washing out in the garden to dry

Hope it's a help, August 2010
