How can you get the washing out mid cycle?

I can't get the washer to finish a cycle and the drum won't turn, HELP!

The drive belt is probably broken! Switch it off at the wall and wait until you hear the door click. If it has a lot of water in and you are able to tilt it backwards then do so, alternatively get a lot of towels and stuff it under the machine, open the door, mind your feet doesn't get wet :)
