Trying to get hold of a manual for my boiler isac M30100?

Hi just moved and cant work out what all the twisted dials do. I have a isac M30100 make IDEAL. Want to know what the burner dial does. I know the other one is for the hot water. Can anyone help please.

one dial is for hot water temp, the other for radiator temp, the bit that says burner is just a light.
