how can I repair my dvd player?

I have a technics separates system and the dvd/cd player wont play anything it comes up error. I have tried to use a commercial lens cleaner it is a multiplayer dvd machine and part of a system. It is a technics DVD/VIDEO CD/CD CHANGER SL-DV250
