my beko washing mashine WMA1510S wont spin ive tryed it on all 3 cycles but it just doesnt move leaving the clothes soaking wet

check the motor brushes.single heavy items will NOT spin in this machine.does the drum rotate on wash cycle?.is the filter clean?.remove filter and look inside filter housing and make sure the drain pump impellor rotates freely
