Take the shaped panel of the back (bit with plastic cage over).Element at the bottom.If you have no heat put you head inside the drum and look up or use a mirror.you will see a key shape plastic bit held with 2 screw.Behind there is a thermostat that fails and goes open circuit and stops heat working
