I will like to describe the problem a little more. The machine stopped shortly after it started washing and, the power button is live but there are no other lights come on ie temp,spin,wash type etc. up to this time the machine has worked fine no blockages in outlet pipes.

I have done the following,
Switch the machine off.

Press and hold the start/pause and skip/reset buttons together.

Whilst holding them, switch on.

The machine beep and flash.

Let go of the buttons and the leds scroll.

Press and release the temperature button repeatedly until you get the 2nd bottom led of the 2nd column lit.

error code displayed is E31
Switch on.

Switch off again.
Then when I switched back on I got EE0

Can anybody help.

When you have had the machine in a test mode you have to turn it on and off TWICE.Ignore EE0 code as long as on the second press --- comes up flashing.E31 as per my other post
