when i turn my washing machine on the time save light is flashing and my washing machine wont start, i have tryed to cancel by holding start/pause button but nothings happening. What can be wrong?

turn off with on/off switch on fascia panel
select 90deg cotton program
press and hold the start/cancel/pause button in whilst switch it on with on/off switch
When lights flash let go of start button.press and hold start button for 5 seconds
press start button
Switch off
Switch on.select wash program and retry as normal
