I have a barely 3yr old Bosch KIV3800 Fridge Freezer (its NOT frost free) which in the last week appears to have lost its "suction" on both doors. Water is now collecting at the bottom of the fridge and the freezer has totally frosted up.
Does anyone know is this the seals and if so why both have gone at once or is the culprit somewhere else? I have not defrosted it since buying it - could this be the problem?

Any advice gratefully received!! I am at a loss and don't fancy paying out small fortunes for call out for what i hope is a relatively small job on a 3 year old machine - thanks all!
